As part of the employee benefits line of business (LOB), you will be involved in a range of activities related to designing, implementing, valuing, and managing employee benefit programs. You will be able to use expertise in statistics, mathematics, and risk assessment to help companies create and maintain sustainable benefit plans that meet the needs of both employers and employees. The range of services that you can learn and develop skills in would be Plan Design, Financial Projections, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Valuation and Reporting and Communication and Education of stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be able to develop your risk, data and actuarial skills to apply some of the traditional techniques to support corporates with better decision making and analytics for their business in wider fields.
